I am licensed in Oregon and my practice is limited to the division of retirement assets in divorce. People work hard for retirement assets, and retirement assets are often someone’s most valuable asset. They deserve to be divided fairly and efficiently. I am happy to work with other attorneys or directly with parties.
I have a mediation credential and I can act as a neutral if both parties agree that the division is crystal clear. But if the case calls for strong advocacy, I will be a zealous advocate. I enjoy uncovering concealed or missing retirement assets.
